The product Diclofenac diethylamine + Linseed Oil + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol comprises four salts. It is available in gen form in a tube of 30 grams, under the brand name ‘FIXACHE GEL’. This combination of four medicines in the form of gel is a natural solution for muscle & joint pain. It works remarkably fast, reliably, and accurately when muscle pain strikes. This gel penetrates deeply, directly at the site of pain to give pain relief to joints, tendons, and ligaments. Gives free movement to patients with an ankle sprain. This gel is analgesic & anti-inflammatory and reduces stiffness.How Does It Work?
The first two salts namely Diclofenac diethylamine & Menthol are medicines that are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This helps to prevent some chemical messengers from causing pain and inflammation. The third salt available in the combination of drugs is Linseed Oil. Linseed is the oil extracted from the seeds of a plant. Linseed Oil when used together in combination, helps to decrease swelling and augment blood circulation in the area of skin where Faxache Gel is applied. It also helps to increase the properties of penetration of Diclofenac diethylamine through the skin. The third salt is; Methyl Salicylate is known as a counterirritant & a cooling agent that makes the affected area of the skin cool and then hot.
