A class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications called ACECLOFENAC+RABEPRAZOLE is used to treat illnesses like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis that cause joint discomfort and swelling (pain and stiffness in the backbone). In addition, it is used to treat arthritis, which causes swelling of one or more joints and pain and stiffness of joints that deteriorate over time, as well as pain in the throat, ear, teeth, and lower back. Joint pain, stiffness, redness, tenderness, swelling in and around joints and decreased joint mobility are all signs of arthritis. Aceclofenac (a painkiller) and Rabeprazole are two medications that are combined to become ACECLOFENAC+RABEPRAZOLE (antacid). Aceclofenac is a member of a class of analgesics that reduces pain and swelling by inhibiting the body's Cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzyme, which is responsible for producing specific chemicals (prostaglandins). Joint stiffness is lessened as a result of mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged place. There have been reports of gastrointestinal discomfort and acidity brought on by Aceclofenac. Indications
NOBLINAC R: Aceclofenac 200 mg SR + Rabeprazole 20 mg tablets are indicated to treat pain. It reduces rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis pain and inflammation. Additionally, it eases ear, throat, and lower back pain.Administration Of Dose
Adult: 10–20 mg of medication is advised daily before breakfast. Duodenal ulcer: 20 mg/day in the morning for one month if the needed dose can be continued for more than one month if advised by your treating doctor. You can get mild to moderate Side Effects when using the drug. As soon as the treatment period is over, such adverse effects fade away. It is dangerous to drink alcohol when using it. Alcohol consumption in excess can increase acidity and lead to acid reflux in the food pipe, which can result in heartburn.
