Dreloset A: Drotaverine HCL 80 mg+Aceclofenac 100 mg in the tablet form is indicated to give relief to pain including postoperative pain. It works well in GI spasms, post-MTP, Renal Collins, Smooth muscle spasms, abdominal pain & cramps, and dysmenorrhea.
Administration Of Dose
A single maximum dose is 1 tablet of Drotaverine 80 mg + Aceclofenac 100 mg is recommended. Administration of dose is different for different patients considering their medical condition, age, and gender. It is your treating doctor who decides the dose of the medicine & duration of the treatment with Drotaverine and Aceclofenac combined in a single tablet.
Side Effects
Few patients may experience side effects like indigestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and lightheadedness. Most of these adverse effects resolve with time and there is no need to seek medical attention. However, if these persist, consult your treating doctor for further advice.
