This is a combination of 4 medicines, Ofloxacin, ornidazole Itraconazole & clobetasol propionate cream is available in a tube of 15 mg under the brand name of ‘CLOMIX PLUS’ as prescribed by Dermatologists. The combination is used to treat allergies & infections of the skin. The combination is also used in various fungal infections of the skin. Ofloxacin available in the cream is an antibiotic. Ofloxacin kills bacteria by way of stopping the bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ornidazole available in the cream is also an antibiotic that helps to kill other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by way of damaging the DNA. Itraconazole, as the third ingredient, works as an antifungal medication. It kills and prevents the growth of the fungus by damaging its cell membrane, and helps treat your skin infection. Clobetasol is available as the ingredient is a steroid. It stops the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that are responsible for changing our skin red and creating inflammation and pain.How Does It Work?
Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone group of antibiotics. It inhibits the DNA gyrase enzyme and thus inhibits bacterial cell division. Ornidazole is an antiamoebic agent which belongs to the Nitroimidazole group of antibiotics. It is effective in amoeba and trichomonas infections. Itraconazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal with fungistatic action. It is much more selective than Ketoconazole. Clobetasol is a synthetic active topical corticosteroid. It exhibits anti-inflammatory, antipruritic & vasoconstrictive properties. It reduces redness & itching of the skin.Indication

Administration Of Dosage
