FEZIGRIP: Fusidic Acid is available in the form of cream in a pack of 10 grams. This cream of medicine comes in the dermatology section. Fusidic acid comes in the class of an antibiotic. It stops bacteria from growing. FEZIGRIP: Fusidic Acid cream is medically advised for skin infections that are caused by germs called staphylococcal bacteria. The symptoms of such infections include impetigo, infected cuts and grazes, and infected dermatitis. It stops the growth of the germs causing the infection. FEZIGRIP: Fusidic Acid cream belongs to a class of drugs called antibiotics. It is used to treat various bacterial infections of skin, eyes, bone, lungs, and blood. In bacterial infection, harmful bacteria get multiplied speedily in the body and cause infection.
What is in it?
FEZIGRIP: Fusidic Acid cream is an antibiotic that works by inhibiting the production of essential proteins that are required for bacteria to grow. Through this process, the cream can stop the growth of bacteria without directly killing them. Thus, the bacteria eventually die, or the immune system kills them and clears the bacterial infections, such as skin infections including cellulitis and impetigo infections. Fusidic acid is only available on prescription. It comes as a cream, ointment, or eye drops.

ADMINISTRATION OF DOSAGE
The cream containing Fusidic Acid is advised to be applied to the infected area 3 or 4 times a day or as directed by your health specialist. It is medically advisable to finish your full course of treatment so that the infection does not come back. Normally, the course of treatment is for 1 to 2 weeks but can be taken for more period in case your doctors decide the same considering your infection in the body.
SIDE EFFECTS
FEZIGRIP: Fusidic Acid cream is safe. but some patients may get skin irritation at the site of application for which no medical attention is needed and gradually the skin irritation resolves over time. However, if the symptoms persist, consult your Dermatologist.
PRECAUTIONS
Before application of the cream, make sure that it is properly sealed. If you have any allergy issues with this salt or any other drug, inform your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please tell your doctor about the same. If you have any liver discrepancy or gallstones, please inform your doctor before starting FEZIGRIP: Fusidic Acid cream. Always wash your hands before & after using the cream. Put a thin layer of cream on the infected area and gently rub it.Be careful to avoid your eyes in case you use the cream on your face.If you accidentally get cream in your eye, wash it out with cold water straight away
