How Does It Work?
A combination of four medications, Ambroxol, Terbutaline, Guaifenesin, Menthol, and is known as Ambroxol + Terbutaline + Guaiphenesin + Menthol. A mucolytic called ambroxol thins and loosens phlegm, making coughing easier. By relaxing the muscles in the airways, terbutaline acts as a bronchodilator. Guaifenesin helps in removing secretions in the airways. Organic menthol gives off a cooling sensation and soothes minor throat irritations. As a bronchodilator, terbutaline relaxes the muscles in the airways and opens them. Together, they facilitate breathing.
