Aceclofenac and Thiocolchicoside, two medications that reduce pain and relax the muscles, are combined as Aceclofenac + Thiocolchicoside 100mg/4mg Tablet. A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID), Aceclofenac prevents the production of specific chemical messengers that contribute to pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Indications

Take ACECLOFENAC+THIOCOLCHICOSIDE with or after food as advised by your doctor and swallow it whole with water. The dose of NOBLINAC-T: Aceclofenac 100 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg tablet is two times a day. However, the dose & duration of treatment depends upon the medical history of the patient along with age and gender. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the medicine has been prescribed.Side Effects
You can get mild to moderate Side Effects like Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Stomach pain/epigastric pain, Loss of appetite, and Diarrhea when using the drug. Usually, these Side Effects do not prolong and fade away with time. However, speak with your doctor immediately if you are concerned about the Side Effects.Precautions
Tell your doctor if you are allergic to ACECLOFENAC+THIOCOLCHICOSIDE or any other medications. It is not advised to give ACECLOFENAC+THIOCOLCHICOSIDE to youngsters under the age of eighteen. Dose adjustment NOBLINAC-T: Aceclofenac 100 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg tablet has to be done keeping in view your medical condition. Please consult your doctor.- In patients with liver illness, Aceclofenac + Thiocolchicoside 100mg/4mg Tablet should be taken cautiously. Aceclofenac + Thiocolchicoside 100mg/4mg Tablet dosage adjustments may be required. Please speak with your physician.
- Patients with serious liver illness should not use Aceclofenac + Thiocolchicoside 100mg/4mg Tablet. While the patient is taking this medication, it is advised that regular liver function tests be monitored.
- Take the missed dose of Aceclofenac +Thiocolchicoside 100mg/4mg Tablet immediately. If the time of the next dose is nearer, then skip the missed dose and maintain regularity of doses, as prescribed.
- Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
